Natural Finish Kota Stone
Natural finish Kota Stone is the surface as the quarry leaves it — fine-grained, slightly undulating and blue-grey. Because it skips the polishing lines it is the most economical Kota Stone you can specify, and its unpolished grain gives it the best wet grip of any finish we make.

Why specify this finish
- — Consistent thickness across the batch, so laying is faster and wastage drops
- — Shade-sorted before packing — no surprise colour jumps mid-floor
- — Direct from quarry to plant to site, with no trader margin in between
How we make it
- 01
Blocks are lifted from our own quarries at Ralayati and graded for density and shade before they enter the plant.
- 02
Slabs are gang-sawn, then calibrated so thickness stays within tolerance across the whole batch.
- 03
The natural finish treatment is applied on dedicated machinery, then every piece is edge-trimmed and inspected.
- 04
Pieces are shade-sorted, wrapped and crated for road or container dispatch.
Best for
Driveways, courtyards, garden paths, parking decks and any wet external area where grip matters more than gloss.
Where not to use it
Interior living areas where a smooth, easily mopped surface is expected.
Care and maintenance
Sweep loose grit regularly and clean with a pH-neutral floor cleaner. Avoid acidic descalers, which etch limestone.
Pricing
Natural finish is the entry point of the Kota Stone price range — typically the cheapest per square foot because there is no polishing or calibration pass.
Common questions
Is Natural Finish Kota Stone suitable for outdoor use?
It depends on the slip rating of the finish. Textured finishes such as natural, brushed, sandblasted and shot-blasted are the safest outdoors; high-gloss finishes should stay indoors.
What thicknesses are available?
20mm, 25mm, 30mm, 40mm and 50mm as standard, plus custom thickness on project orders.
Do you ship outside Rajasthan?
Yes. We dispatch by road across India and by container for export, direct from our plant in Jhalawar.
